Welcome to VN Tour Land! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and bookings made with us. By accessing our site or booking any of our tours, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Definitions

• VN Tour Land refers to the travel services provider.
• “You” or “Client” refers to the customer using our services or booking a tour.
• “Services” include all tour packages, travel consultancy, and related offerings.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• A non-refundable deposit (usually 30%) is required at the time of booking.
• The balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure unless otherwise agreed.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

By Client:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are provided based on the following:

• 30+ days before departure: 70% refund
• 15–29 days: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: no refund

By VN Tour Land:

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.

5. Changes and Modifications

VN Tour Land may make reasonable changes to the itinerary, hotels, or transportation due to weather, safety, or operational conditions.

If a client requests changes after booking confirmation, additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the request.

6. Travel Documents and Insurance

• You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other necessary documents.
• We highly recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, delays, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Follow local laws and respect cultural norms at all destinations.
• Notify us in advance of any medical or dietary requirements.
• You are liable for any damage caused to third-party property during the trip.

8. Liability Disclaimer

VN Tour Land acts as an agent for third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport operators) and is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay due to their actions or negligence.

We are not responsible for:

• Personal injury or illness
• Loss or theft of belongings
• Delays caused by force majeure, government action, or transportation issues

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is the property of VN Tour Land or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to such data use.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved first through negotiation and, if necessary, through the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
