- 06:30 - 18:30 : Morning: 07:00 AM: Pick-up from hotel (Ho Chi Minh City or Vinh Long city center) 09:30 AM: Arrive at Vinh Long boat dock, board a wooden boat Explore Floating Market (Cai Be or Tra On, depending on season) Visit craft villages: rice paper making, coconut candy, weaving Visit traditional brick kiln, learn how bricks are fired using rice husk Noon: Enjoy countryside lunch at local orchard (deep-fried elephant ear fish, Mekong sour soup, spring rolls, fresh fruits) Rest in hammocks under fruit trees, sip honey tea Afternoon: Walk through orchard, harvest seasonal fruits (rambutan, longan, durian, mangosteen) Row sampan through small canals under coconut palms Optional: Enjoy Southern folk music (Đờn ca tài tử) 04:00 PM: Return to dock, transfer back
